With a Master's Degree in Marketing and an executive program in Strategic Management from IIM-Lucknow, Vinay Gautam brings over eight years of experience in livestock trading and marketing. His expertise lies in facilitating technologically-based trading activities and ensuring fair prices for goats and bucks across the project locations of TGT Group Social Venture.



Currently, Mr. Vinay Gautam serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Nandinandan Breeds & Seeds India Pvt Ltd, where he continues to contribute his knowledge and expertise to drive the company's success.

Dr. Ashish holds a BVSc & AH degree from Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh.

He has completed an Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) on "Building & Managing Social Enterprises" from IRMA.

With a strong focus on genetic upgradation of small ruminants, Dr. Ashish has dedicated 8 years of his career to implementing artificial insemination and estrus synchronization technology under "The Goat Trust" adopted project area.

He has served as a Principal Investigator for an approved project under the Department of Biotechnology (GOI), aimed at enhancing the productivity of local goat populations through genetic improvement using superior buck breeds and advanced reproductive techniques.

Dr. Ashish has also conducted research and worked on buck frozen semen technology, as well as field-level quality control and data analysis.

Dr. Ashish's expertise and contributions greatly contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable livestock practices and empowering farmers in the goat farming sector.
